Rachel is a sustainable development professional with a strong background in designing and implementing impact-driven development projects across sub-Saharan Africa. She is a dynamic development practitioner with a proven track record in policy planning, strategy development, compliance and risk management, fundraising, and project management in a diverse range of themes including, sustainable economic growth, private sector mobilization, and economic empowerment for women and youth. She is also passionate about promoting positive change and sustainable livelihoods for local communities and advocating for multi-stakeholder engagements. She holds an LLB with Honours from the University of Kent at Canterbury and a (double degree) MSc in Public Policy and Human Development from Maastricht University and the United Nations University. She is also a qualified lawyer in Kenya and the United Kingdom.
